I'm trying to figure out if the cost a medical license, other necessary licenses, and the cost of the board cert exams are expenses that can be deducted by a physicians. I'm confused about whether they are expenses that can be deducted the year they are incurred, or expenses that have to be amortized, or startup costs. Any help would be PROFOUNDLY appreciated. Thanks!!!

I can not find this information anywhere online. I know you are legally allowed to cultivate medical marijuana plants in california, provided you have obtained a medical marijuana license, but I can't find an answer as to how many plants you may actually grow. If anyone has any information on this I would love to know.

He's not practicing medicine. Just expects everyone to call him, "Dr." I would think once one's medical license has been taken away in a court of law, one is no longer considered a doctor and can't use the title. Is it actually illegal or just immoral?
